Sumesh has been a freelancer for over 15 years, working with household brands to implement projects. He comes from a background first as a qualified management accountant, then later to business analysis.

As co-founder of Eightfold, he is obsessed with putting the project delivery experience for clients front and centre of Eightfold’s identity and growth.

Sumesh is married and just about copes with 2 teenagers. He loves to play tennis, watch 80s martial arts films and travel. He claims to have served at 102-mph (overarm and in) but cannot prove it.

Jamie Bradford, MD and Co-founder

Jamie has over 15 years of experience in delivering change within the finance and insurance industry, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the table. With a background in mortgages, customer experience, and a career transition into project & programme management, Jamie has built a credible reputation with renowned brands.

As the co-founder of Eightfold, Jamie is driven by a relentless passion for enhancing the project delivery experience for clients. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Jamie is dedicated to ensuring that Eightfold becomes the partner of choice for delivering projects.

Jamie is married, has 2 energetic boys and loves to take on a property refurbishment challenge!

Brendan Kelly, Partner

Brendan is an ex - Corporate Banking Director, with over 40 years' experience delivering solutions to Corporate Clients and SMEs with a need for timely Management Information and accurate reporting to the smooth operation of a business.

Brendan understands the importance of integrity and in maintaining positive relations and through his extensive, trusted network, Brendan connects the right people at the right time.

Brendan is married with 3 daughters, who take up most of his time, when he’s not watching Coventry City FC or going to concerts.

Simon Tippet, Change Managenment

Simon is a highly experienced change professional, with more than twenty-five years’ expertise gained working in senior strategic roles across a wide spectrum of sectors, including automotive, aerospace, offshore oil and gas, and financial services, helping make commercial ambition a practical reality. Simon helps companies to plan projects designed to achieve growth and has a wealth of experience estimating the cost of these implementations and ensuring they are delivered to plan.

Simon loves participating in sports and is an Ultra Marathon Runner, Ironman and more recently a Hyrox Athlete and is also an active entrepreneur whose latest venture is a coffee roasting company set up with his 17-year son, he also has a daughter studying quantum physics at Uni and has given up helping with her homework.
